CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Failure diagnosis and factory recommended procedures for changing parts in the equipment in order to correct faults that limit the functionality of the instrument. This service can be executed in the client's facilities or the laboratory of PSE TECHNOLOGY CORP.
It includes:
Change of pieces.
Verification of operation after service
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Factory recommended procedure, designed to reduce the probability of electromechanical failures and ensure the reliability of instruments, installed systems and extend the useful life of the equipment.
Includes:
Change of consumables.
Verification of operation after maintenance.
Delivery of maintenance protocol executed.
VALIDATIONS
Execution of internal tests and analytical methods with certified samples, to verify that the equipment operates according to the manufacturer's specifications in its environment and Configuration.
Includes:
Agilent Technologies protocol application to validate hardware
Agilent Technologies protocol application to validate software
Delivery of validation protocols including the certificate of the tests carried out
CUSTOMER TRAINING
Training of clients in equipment and workstation management. This service is usually performed at the client's facilities in order to use the instrument in the practice of training. Soon theoretical and practical courses will be taught in the GPK Laboratory. The trainings are customized according to the client's need.
